The Sundial
From the Information codex
A giant bronze sundial floats over the arena with twelve hour stones around the pit. The sun circles low and the gnomon's shadow ticks from hour to hour like a clock hand — the next hour is marked, and standing in the shadow hurts. Then a second sun throws a second shadow the other way, and at sunset long shadows fall on many hours at once: find a lit hour.
How to survive it
Watch for the warning markers before it lands, keep moving between plates, and don't stand where the trajectory lines cross. In Hardcore rounds the warnings are switched off.
